To qualify as an eligible investor in the IBIS Global Media Fund, you must fulfil at least one of the following criteria:
1) Either, the Investor has an individual net worth, or joint net worth with his or her spouse, in excess of US$1,000,000. As used herein, "net worth" means the excess of total assets at fair market value, including home, home furnishings and automobiles, over total liabilities;
2) Or, the Investor has individual income (exclusive of any income attributable to his or her spouse) of more than US$200,000 in each of the past two years, or joint income with his or her spouse of more than US$300,000 in each of those years, and reasonably expects to reach the same income level in the current year;
3) Or, the Investor is an entity with total assets in excess of US$5,000,000 and was not formed for the specific purpose of acquiring shares in the IBIS Global Media Fund
